The processing is used to update multiple associates with current company
information from Bizweb. The connection to Bizweb is the
Org.nr It is possible to
change the fields being updated by editing the file AddressIntegrationTemplate.xml in the
program folder. It is also possible to add mapping for fields that do not have dedicated
fields in the
Aktör table.
These are:
- Last reported accounting updated date
- Last reported accounting date
- Result before tax

Resultat
When running the processing, the value in
Org.nr is checked against
Visma Bizweb, and
if found, the company's information in Bizweb is used to update the associate
automatically. The following fields will be updated:
- Org.nr
(letters and spaces will be removed)
- Namn
- Kortnamn
- Adressrad 1
- Adressrad 2
- Postnr
- Postadress
- Besökspostnr
- Besökspostort
- Telefonnr
- Faxnr
- E-postadress
- Webbsida 1
- Antal anställda
- Kreditbedömning (company status)
- Omsättning
- Moms registrerat
