Visar information om den aktiva kunden i externt CRM-system.

Innan du börjar

There is a file called VBusTmpl.ait in the same directory as VBus.exe (possibly expressed using the Registry parameter PROG_PATH). The file type .ait is associated with a pre-program of SuperOffice. (This is done when SuperOffice is launched.)

The file VBusTmpl.ait is copied to the user's My Documents directory, where it is modified and then implemented. An error message is received if the file VBusTmpl.ait is not found or if there are any other errors in connection with copying or modifying the file. (The first one contains the text Cannot find the file @, where @ is replaced by the content of the PROG_PATH variable followed by / (if stated) and VBusTmpl.ait. The other texts are returned from Windows.)

This processing shows you information about the active customer in the external CRM system, provided that the Kundnr field is filled in. Visma Business currently supports two external CRM systems: Visma CRM and SuperOffice CRM 5
