- Position on open
-
- First row
- The first row in the table will be shown when the table is opened.
- Last row

- Empty table
- No rows in the table will be shown when the table is opened.
The new row
disappears when you refresh the screen by pressing
F5. This is a problem when printing newly entered
orders.
To avoid the row disappearing from the screen when you press
F5, you can do as follows:
- Define the parameter Only the active row if no rows are
highlighted under "Home/Printout/Print format".
- Place the cursor on the page element ("Order" table) that is in form
format.
- Run the processing or print the order.
Once you have completed the processing action/printout, the order
disappears from the screen even if it is included in a
selection.
Another way of preventing the order from disappearing is
to do as follows:
- Define the parameter Only the active row if no rows are
highlighted under "Home/Printout/Print format".
- Place the cursor in order lines when you run the processings or print
the order.
The F5 refresh action then applies to the
Orderrad
table. The parameter "Empty table (until search/selection)" is not defined
in the Orderrad table, so the order remains in the screen.
- Rows in result set
- How many rows are read at a time in a result set from the database. 1000 is the
default value. You can change the default registry value for the MIN ROWS
TO READ key under Database.
- Do not refresh continuously
- You can select this check box if you do not want the page element to be
refreshed for each field you complete in the search row. When you have completed
the required fields on the search row, you can refresh the page element by
pressing F5.
- Suppress warehouse messages
- Suppress messages that are generated when the system cannot find a stock balance
row: No stock balance found for @Product no. in @Warehouse no.
Other stock messages for stock products will not be suppressed.
- Auto refresh from calendar
- The active page element is automatically refreshed once a minute in windows with
an attached calendar.
