- Credit control status and error messages will be shown in a dialog box
instead of in the in the status bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Windows användare
- The user name from the PC will be used as the user in Visma Business.
- Ej låst fältpekare i designläge
- The mouse pointer will not change when you switch to Design
mode.
- Varning vid stängning av fönster med förändrad design
- You will receive a warning if you close the screen without saving
following a design change.
Anm: The warning only appears when opening/hiding fields
and when you press Ctrl+T (show form/table).
- Betala bara aktivt företag
- You cannot export data from other clients than the client from whom
the export was started.
- Alltid fokus på sökrad vid uppslag
- The cursor will always move to the column last visited when performing
a lookup. Otherwise, the cursor will go to the first column in the lookup table. The
search row will be shown when next performing a lookup.
- Tillåt Godkänn Ej tidrapporter - Aktivitetsbehandling
- Select this field to allow changes to the Godkänn Ej tidrapport
field in the appointment processing dialog box in the Aktivitet
table.
- Behandla bara aktiva betalningar (EBF system)
- Only active payment rows for the company where Lägg ut data or Hämta returdata was started
from can be remitted.
Anm: This will not apply if you start the payment transfer from
the Bankpartner
table.
- Använd Ej ny sökfunktionalitet
- This option disables the instant search in fields.
- Visa skiljelinjer i tabellsidelement
- You decide that the check boxes for Skiljelinjer mellan kolumnerna and
Skiljelinjer mellan raderna in
the dialog box of the menu choice will be used in the screens instead of different background
colours on the rows.
Anm: Grid lines are included in printouts
regardless.
- Alternativ bakgrundsfärg på varannan rad
- When selected, every other line in a table view will have the
background color specified in the Alternerande radfärg column in
the Användare
table.
- Visa Ej "singel sign on" varning
- When starting Reporting, a warning is displayed when VUD is not
activated. This option will disable the warning.
- Tillåt förhandsgranskning av plocklistor
- This option will allow print preview of pick lists.
Anm: Preview of
pick lists will execute the reservation handling.
- Använd personligt login i Visma Bizweb
- This option will enable Credit check from Visma Business when using Visma Bizweb. The
corresponding user account in Visma Bizweb must
be enabled for credit checks. The same email address must be entered in the user table
as in Visma Bizweb.
- Visa inte tooltips i menyer
- The tool-tip will not appear on the context menus. You will not see
the description of the menu item and the help information.
- Använd Outlook när e-post sänds från 'Sänd e-mail'-knapp
- When SMTP is configured the internal e-mail editor will be used by
default. If the user has Outlook locally installed, they can use this option if they
want to use Outlook as the editor instead.
- Använd 'Från' e-postadress från användare
- When SMTP is configured and e-mail is sent from Sänd e-mail on the
print menu (ad-hoc sending of e-mail), the "From" address will be fetched in this
order:
- From the E-mail template
- From the E-post inställningar företag
table
- From the E-post inställningar table
If this parameter is enabled, then the "From" address will be fetched from
the current users row in the Aktör table.

- This option will display a confirmation dialog before closing Visma Business.
