- The organisational unit cannot be used in any tables containing
organisational units. Any entry of the organisational unit will be rejected and a
message that it is suspended will be displayed.
When updating vouchers, an error
code is attached to the transactions and the updated voucher line if the
organisational unit was suspended after the voucher was entered (or ceased to
exist).
You can still obtain reports for transactions that have already been
entered.

- If an employee works in several departments, only the project manager

so that the project manager can run the Godkänn tidrapport
processing in the Resurs
table.
This field is used in combination with the Sak ansvarsenhet

table.

are no transactions linked to it.
This field is intended for use when another
program has imported the data and you want to prevent the row being deleted by
mistake.
Anm: There are no restrictions on who can select or clear this
field.
