Kontonr

The Kontonr is used as a reference in all tables that refer to the Huvudbokskonto. It also applies for voucher entries and budgeting, to ensure the relevant Huvudbokskonto is used. The Norwegian Standard uses four-digit account numbers.

If you want the Kontonr to be made up of a minimum number of digits, enter the number in the Antal positioner i kontonr field in the Företagsuppgifter table. If you enter a new Huvudbokskonto with fewer digits than the number you specified in this field, Visma Business adds the relevant number of zeros in front of the digit to meet the criterion. You can still enter Kontonr with more digits than the number you specified in the Antal positioner i kontonr field.

If you define a number series for Huvudbokskonto numbers in the Kontonummerserier tables, the Kontonr will be suggested accordingly. If you follow the number series, the Kontonr will be a unique account reference, and you can hide the Account type field in the Verifikation entry window.
