Lämna önskat leveransdatum blankt vid registrering

If selected, the Önskat lev.datum field in the Order table will not be filled in when new orders are created. Nor will the order lines be given a value in the Önskat lev.datum field when the order head is blanked.

Anm: This function is not in use when generating purchase order line from Beställningsförslag.

Lämna bekräftat leveransdatum blankt vid registrering

If selected, the Bekräftat lev.datum field in the Order table will not be filled in when new orders are created. Nor will the order lines be given a value in the Bekräftat lev.datum field when the order head is blanked.

Hämta Ej tid-fält på nytt

If selected, this field, the value in the Adm.tid, Lev.tid, Transp.tid, Produktionstid, Monteringstid and Demont.tid fields will be taken from the stock balance in the sales order when new order lines are inserted.

Flytta Ej bekräftat leveransdatum tidigare på ordern

If selected, the confirmed delivery date will not be changed for allocated orders which are to be delivered after the confirmed date. Orders with an earlier date get an updated confirmed delivery date with a confirmed date from the purchase production order when the Bekräftat and Sänt processings are used. For loose allocations, future orders will not be reserved if this field has not been selected:

• Reservera vid bekräftat/sänt under Reservationsbehandling in the Företagsuppgifter table
• Reserve against all orders in the dialog box for the Bekräftat and Sänt processings. A check is suggested when Reservera vid bekräftat/sänt in Reservationsbehandling in the Företagsuppgifter table is selected.

You can also select Flytta Ej bekräftat leveransdatum tidigare på ordern on:

• customers in the Kundpref. field in the Aktör table.
• each individual order in the Orderpref. field in the Order table.

Uppdatera order med datum från orderrader

If selected, the Önskat lev.datum, Bekräftat lev.datum, Urspr. bekr. lev.datum, Sänt datum and Ankomst/avgångsdatum fields on the order head are updated with the first date from the order lines with the earliest date.

Anm: Selecting this option overrides corresponding selections in the Kundpref. fields in the Aktör and Orderpref. field in the Order table.

Anm: The Urspr. bekr. lev.datum field is only set if this field is empty.

Anm: These dates have consequences for new order lines that are added, and will be suggested again as before.

Använd senaste istället för tidigaste datum

If selected, the latest date is used from order lines instead of earliest. The option is only available when the Uppdatera order med datum från orderrader is selected.
