You can delete one or more general ledger accounts by selecting them or the row(s) you want to delete. Use the Home/Edit/Delete menu item, the corresponding icon or the Del key to delete the accounts selected.
You cannot delete an account with updated transactions in it. If you attempt to do so, you will see the following message: You are not authorised to delete data. When an account is deleted, Visma Business checks whether there are vouchers that have been posted to the account but not yet updated, and if necessary whether references to the account are contained in other tables.
