Is a limited version of OneStop Reporting which gives you access to run and view reports. Key to this concept is the VB/Basic-tenant. Although OneStop Reporting Light is provided free of charge to Visma Business customers, there are some restrictions in place. After the connection with the ERP is created and the new customer is registered, the admin user has to log in to OSR Light and add there other ERP users. Before one or more users are added, OneStop Reporting queries the vbsys database and checks both the VB license and the User table.
If the license is ‘concurrent users’ then any VB user can be added to OSR Light as long as it has a valid E-mail address. By contrast, if the license is ‘named users’ then a VB user can be added to OSR Light as long as it has a valid email address and the Modules column from User table is filled out.
